I think I need to really explore Belongness and identity in relation to innovation and building a better world. As a response to what has happened around the globe, a sense of mistrust. I want to give you as a leader the articles and content that can help you confidence and trust of redefine how to solve, resolve and innovate during the times of change.
I went through a series of podcast interviews during the last two months. Through these interviews I wanted to share my perspective that after the world takes the focus off COVID, there would be more crises that arise in different countries.
Share#1:A Greek Leader Podcast Interview John Rouda from “A Geek Leader” and I had a great time talking about initiating change from the entrepreneur’s point of view. Entrepreneurs generally must be the most quick in their responses to global pandemics, changes in economy, and political upheaval. They often face a lot of obstacles and we talked through how to implement an innovation management system using metrics so that entrepreneurs and their businesses can thrive during these times.

In this video, Tayo Rockson and I talk about Grace and vulnerability as a way of connection tool within the cycle of unlearning learning and relearning. We discuss the cycle which is truly imperative for entrepreneurs and leaders to understand within their own work.

Identity of belongingness to a place, needs to be redefined. In understanding the larger identity of a company. Individuals must be able to relate their personal experiences and values with company values. In the changing times, we have to help our teams create a new sense of space and place to create resilience of team culture.
